Robata: Unexpected. On this day, my family and I had a rare Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) dinner in Gifu. I made a last-minute reservation on the day before a public holiday, but since it was around 5pm, I managed to secure a seat. ``Raw tuna sashimi'' ``Black-grilled Okumino chicken thighs'' ``Rare salmon cutlet with parent and child'' ``Homemade shumai'' ``Wagyu beef skewers'' ``Shiitake mushrooms grilled with butter'' ``Live scallops grilled with butter and soy sauce'' ``Legendary chicken wings "Fried" "Crab cream Croquette" "Burdock chips" "Shellfish soup Ramen" "Grilled toro hormone Teppan-yaki" "Plum chazuke" We ordered a lot of interesting things. Basically, everything was delicious, but I particularly liked the ``raw tuna sashimi'', ``Japanese beef sea urchin skewers'', ``black grilled chicken thighs'', ``homemade shumai'', and ``crab cream Croquette''. The ``Hormone Teppan-yaki'' and ``Legendary Fried Chicken Wings'' are a little more flavorful. Looks like it would go well with beer. Overall, the quality of the food is high, and what's most noteworthy is the presentation and customer service. The children were very nice and seemed to be having fun.
