岐阜に先日オープンした燦別邸岐阜店にお邪魔してきました！大阪の北新地店には何度か行った事があり岐阜の友達との会食で今回はこちらのお店を使わせて頂きました。
お店は古い古民家風の外観と内観で外観からはこれが飲食店？の様な感じでしたが、店内は老舗感が溢れたモダンな内装でした！
個室にはそれぞれ、恩納村や那覇、石垣など沖縄の知名が付けられてました。
今回は恩納村部屋の個室でした。掘り炬燵の座敷で中庭が見える素敵なお部屋で広くて雰囲気もバッチリでしたね！
しゃぶしゃぶはもちろんパイナップルあぐー豚をチョイス！なんと言ってもオリジナルのシークワーサーポン酢が最＆高！恩納村の裏メニューで出してるたまごダレも今回はメニューにありましたのでチョイスしました！シークワーサーポン酢とたまごダレと沖縄の塩と味変しながら食べるあぐー豚のしゃぶしゃぶば本当に甘くて美味しかったです！
一品料理では岐阜名産の明宝ハムがありましたの注文！美味しくておかわりもしましたw
海ぶどうもプチプチ感満載で、美味しかったです！
ラフテーはご飯にワンバウンドして食べるとご飯が止まりませんのでご注意をw
岐阜ではナンバー1のお店になる事は間違いないですね！
