特上つけ麺TPはまぐり¥1,800
初訪問です！前から来たかったお店ですが中々訪問出来ず、今日やっと訪問出来ました！
とりあえず特上つけ麺を！中々来れないので、はまぐりをTPしました！
初めてなので特上つけ麺の食べ方をご教授していただきました！
着丼前に生卵とネギと柚子胡椒が提供されて、生卵は溶いて下さいとの事、ネギと柚子胡椒は最後にご飯が提供されるまで使わないとの事！
ポットに出汁が入っているとの事！
着丼してまず麺だけ啜りました！これは店員さんの説明にはありませんが、個人的に食べてみたかったので食べてみました！ツルモチの全粒粉入りの中太麺というところでしょうか？玉子の味が結構します！
次につけ汁だけをいただきます！これも説明はありませんでしたが、個人的に！豚の脂身の甘みが良く出てオイリーな感じですが、とてもアッサリしています！大量の豚肉と大量のネギが溜まりません！あと、TPした、はまぐりの味が素晴らしいかった！とても美味しいです！
次は提供されたつけ汁につけて食べます！つけ汁の持ち上げも良く美味しいです！
次にといた卵につけて食べます！豚しゃぶのすき焼き風でこちらも美味しかったです！
一通り食べ進めるとご飯が提供されて、そこにつけ汁と余った具材をかけます！ポットに入った出汁で味を調整してネギと柚子胡椒を投入！僕はとき卵も残っていたのでいれました！これでお茶漬け風の完成です！こちらも大変美味でした！
¥1,800と少々値段ははりますが、一度は食べてみても良いと思うつけ麺でした！
