After about 10 years in Kyoto and 40 years in Gifu, we have recently opened a new restaurant called "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Jinjuen." Please enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a calm restaurant with a modern Japanese taste, while maintaining the familiar taste of the dipping sauce.
Food We are also particular about the rice that can be enjoyed with meat such as fresh seitan.
Our rice is made using Neo rice grown in Neo Village, Gifu Prefecture. Koshihikari Neo rice from Gifu Prefecture is characterized by its slight sweetness and stickiness, and is grown in a natural environment. Please enjoy it in your favorite style, such as white Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with carefully selected yakiniku, or Jako bibimbap with our special Jako.
