久し振りの大垣飲みの一軒目はずーっと気になっていた桜徠さんです。
串揚げがあまり得意ではないので気になってはいたもののなかなか足が向かなかったのですが、友達のお誘いで行って来ました。
店内はお洒落！
仕事着できたのが悔やまれるわぁ～笑
二人だったのでカウンターだったのですが、目の前に鉄板があって調理風景が見られます。
串揚げの盛り合わせと、つくね、鶏肉の鉄板焼(うろ覚え)をお願いしたのでまずは目の前でつくねを焼いてくれました。
やってきたつくねは中にれんこんが入っていてシャクシャク！
肉のぶりっとした食感とシャクシャクっとした食感のコラボレーションが素敵過ぎる♪
やはりこの組み合わせは最高！
一番の売りであろう串揚げについてはサックサクの食感でついにんまり！
揚げ具合も丁度良いです。
私の串揚げが苦手な一番の理由である火の入りすぎも無くて美味しく頂けました。
衣が剥げているのも無かったでーす♪
最後はこちらのオーナーであるご夫婦(奥様)が出口までわざわざ送って下さいました。
接客ってやはり大切！
