某日、やっとこさ訪問の機会に恵まれて。
典型的な大陸系の中華料理屋さんかな。
この日は店頭になびくのぼり旗に書かれた
「刀削麺」の三文字がめっちゃ気になって。

刀削麺、醤油ベースで野菜がたっぷり。
若干オイリーなのが玉に瑕な印象だけど
想像した以上に美味しかったです。
麻婆豆腐はややピリ辛。
これはご飯のお供又はビールのお供に持って来い。
焼き餃子は具材たっぷりでジューシー&コスバ高。
あ、春巻きは…美味しいとは思うけど
ちょっびり趣味に合わなかったかな。
