岐阜／大垣で唯一ミシュランに掲載されたクッチーナさん。
今回は名古屋の用事の流れでお伺いすることを決めました。
こちらではアラカルトとコースがあるそうですが、
今回はコースメニューをいただくことにしました。
コース内容は当日の仕入れ・旬の食材等により異なるため、
当日までどんなものをいただけるかドキドキのスタイル。
コースは前菜・メイン・デザートで13品程度出てきました。
特に美味しかったのは、ナスにカルボナーラクリーム
そして生ハムを包みながらいただくメニューは最高。
季節ものでカニの甲羅詰めまで出てきてびっくりです。
品川ikkoさんの動画で拝見していた
名物のボロネーゼとマックのポテト（ネタです）など、
王道のメニューも構成に入っていたのが嬉しかった。笑
トリュフやキャビアもとんでもない量を使っていて
ボリュームもすごい。でも繊細な味付けと美味しさ。
すべてのお料理に終始感動をしてしまう圧巻のコース。
東京に来たら間違いなく数ヶ月は予約がとれない
超予約困難店になると感じたくらい素晴らしいコース。
今度はこちらのレストラン目当てに岐阜に伺いたいと思います。
