18時半過ぎに到着。店内には2組だけでした。
入口すぐ右側の券売機から、淡麗しょうゆそばの
チャーシュー麺と、味玉のトッピングをポチっ。
店主に食券を渡して、テーブル席に着座。
ワンオペの為、提供まで少し時間が掛かかるも、
待つ事12分程で到着。一瞬、淡麗醤油なのに、
背脂モリモリなのか？っと思いきや、良く見たら
小さくキレイに切られた玉葱でした (笑)
まずはスープを一口。あっさりだが、醤油より
濃い出汁の旨味が前面に出て、クドい気がするも
背脂に見間違えた玉葱が、え～アクセントっす。
麺は細く黄色い弱ちぢれ。弾力があり歯応え◎
個人的には、かなり好みな麺 (*´∀｀*)
でも、珍しいっすね。鳥居式では初めて見た。
チャーシューは、良く煮込まれたバラ巻き3枚。
旨いですが、脂身が7割程ありほぼ脂な印象。
枚数も少なく、残念感が否めない～ ⤵️⤵️
全体的に良い一品だけに、もったいない (>_<)
