コンスタントに限定メニューが出るつけ麺屋さんですが、初めて来たので、デフォルトの和出汁薫る魚介豚骨つけ麺(特製)大盛りを頂きます。
つけ麺の麺としては少し細めでしょうか。茹で加減はわずかに芯の残る硬めの茹で加減です。
程よく魚介の風味は感じられます。和出汁は言われてみればそんな感じがするかな？と思いますが、メニューに書いて無ければスルーしてしまうかも知れません。昆布出汁がひいてあるのかな？知らんけど。
特製にしたのでトッピングは色々入ってます。ワンタンみたいなのと、小さいつみれ？肉団子みたいなのが珍しいですね。チャーシューは少しパサつき気味かな？少し気になりました。
丁寧に作ってあるのは伝わるんですけど、大盛り別料金な割に。。。感も有るし、なんかこう可もなく不可もなく、、みたいな印象だったかなぁ。
とは言え、精力的に限定メニューを頻繁に出したり、熱意のあるお店だとは思いました。ごちそうさまでした。
