ランチでらぁめん 麺彩家さんにお伺いする。
この辺り、ラーメン店が集中しており楽しそうな一角。
店着は11時47分
オーダーは迷ったが近頃煮干し系のラーメンが多かったので、デフォルト的な淡麗しょうゆらぁめんチャーシュー1,200円とした。
鉢着が12時06分
スープは優しい醤油味。
炙りチャーシュー4枚、刻みネギ、刻み玉ねぎ、焼き海苔。
麺は中細麺の固茹、味は好きだが、全体的なボリュームが足りない気がする。
ご馳走さまでした。完食完飲。
店内はほぼ満席でワンオペのため時間に余裕がある時でないと訪店は難しいかもです。
