You can enjoy the curly noodles made from the highest quality wheat flour, topped with bean sprouts, green onions, boiled eggs, bamboo shoots, and roasted pork. Furthermore, adding our special Yani sauce and raw garlic to the soup will increase the richness and spiciness, making it even more delicious.

Our restaurant is particular about each and every ingredient. Our proud char siu is a juicy delicacy made using traditional methods. The pork we use is from germ-free pigs raised without chemical feed or antibiotics. We top almost all our Ramen dishes with this char siu. The soup is also made from carefully selected pork bones, chicken carcasses, and vegetables, giving it a light yet rich flavor. We hope you take your time to enjoy it.
