連れ合いが、小瀬鵜飼を見たいというので、
鵜匠の家岩佐さんで、鮎のフルコースをいただいてから鵜飼見物をすることにしました♡
人生も終盤なので悔い残し（食い残し）の
無いようにしなくてはw
とにかく形の良い天然鮎です。
◎最初に鮎の甘露煮と
モロコ？の佃煮、枝豆と切り干し大根の胡麻和えなどの突き出し。
◎そして長芋のステーキや茄子の揚げ物
※最初に野菜で胃腸を整えます。
◎鮎の焼き物（塩焼き）
※鮎の盛り付けが独特です♡
天然鮎ならではの動物性蛋白質ぽい香り。
◎サラダと鮎のお吸い物で休憩します。

とても綺麗な建物と内装でしたよ。
