囲炉裏で焼いたものを頂ける落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
6000円のコースを頂きました。
・地鶏や飛騨牛の串焼き
とても炭火でじっくり焼くのでとてもジューシーで美味しかったです。
・鮎の塩焼
骨まで美味しく食べられます。
・飛騨牛の朴葉味噌焼き
味噌が飛騨牛とよく合って美味しかったです。
ご飯のサービスもありました。
・地鶏のお鍋
朴葉味噌の濃い味の後で、優しい味が体に沁みました。
雑炊も美味しい。
・デザート(アイス)
バニラ、抹茶、ゆずから選べました。
バニラを選び、とても濃厚で美味しかったです。
店員さんも気さくな方ばかりでとても過ごしやすかったです。
また来たいと思います。
