ＪＲ多治見駅から歩いて１０分チョットの場所にあるうなぎ屋さんです、休日のお昼に利用してみました。店内はテーブルとお座敷、掘りごたつ席があり席数は結構多くありましたね、開店１１時の５分前くらいに到着したところ６組ほどの待ちができていましたが一巡目に入ることができましたね、ただ１２時ころにお店を出た時にはもちろん満席で１０組以上の待ちができていました。
メニューはひつまぶしにうな重、うな丼、白焼き、長焼きの定食、まぶし丼やいそ丼それにうなぎやえび、山菜などの釜めし、あとは蒲焼きやきも焼き、う巻玉子などの一品料理もありました。値段はひつまぶしが並で４１００円、うな重が５０００円、うな丼が並の２５００円から特上の４９００円といった価格帯です。
その中からいただいたのは３６５０円の上丼、コチラのうな丼はタレはかかっていないのでテーブル備え付けのタレを好みに合わせてかけていただきます、ワタクシは伊勢とかのタレご飯のうな丼も大好きなのでしっかりとかけさせていただきました。
上丼のうなぎは５切れ、表面はパリッと香ばしく強めの焼きはワタクシ好み、中はふっくら、ジュワッと広がるほどよい脂の旨みもたまりません。甘く濃厚なタレの味もすごくイイですね、実にワタクシ好みにぴったり、それにご飯もちょうど良い固さで美味しいですね、全体的に非の打ち所がない内容に大満足でした。
すごく良かったので今度は奮発して特上とかひつまぶしをいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
