岐阜県多治見市にある人気のうなぎ屋「うな千」に初訪問。多治見市といえば、1300年の歴史をもつ美濃焼や夏は暑い街として有名だが、、、実は美味しいうなぎ屋が数多くあることでも有名な街として知られている。

うな千では事前の準備（白焼き）を行なっておらず、注文後に「生のうなぎ」の一気に焼き上げる。その為、うなぎ本来の香り豊かな味わいと外はパリッと中はフワッとした極上の食感が楽しめる。何年も継ぎ足しされた甘めのタレと硬めに炊かれたお米も自分好みで美味しかった。
