多治見市にある鰻屋さんです。
多治見は結構鰻が有名らしく行ってみました。
とても人気のお店のようなので、
開店11時の10分くらい前に到着！
店頭で人数入れて番号の紙を受け取って、
少し待ちます。8番だったかな。
少し経って、開店して、番号呼ばれます。
無事一巡目に入れました。
店内はまぁまぁ広いのですが、
4〜6人のテーブルが14卓くらい。
相席はしていないので、これくらいの番号まででないと、
一巡目には入れないのでしょうね。
まぁ、入れても鰻の出来上がりに時間かかるのでしょうけども。
さて、メニューにはひつまぶしもありますが、
多治見の鰻は、しっかり焼いてパリッとしたのが
ウリのようなので、重か丼にしようかなと。
で、何となく気分的に丼にしてみました。
どんなは特上が7切れ、上は5切れ、
中が4切れ、並が3切れとのこと。
多すぎてもなぁ、ということで上をチョイス。
・上丼 : 3,650円
・うなきの骨 から揚げ : 350円
注文して、ちょっとしたらうなぎの骨登場。
普通に塩味聞いてて美味しいです。
呑みたくなりますが、これをつまみながら
上丼の到着を待ちます。
ここから20分くらいして直丼です。
丼がでてきまして、蓋を開けると、、、
おぉ〜、いいですね！！！
鰻の一切れ一切れが大きい！
そしてしっかり焼いてあります。
早速一切れいただくと、おぉ〜、旨いです！
パリッとしてて、中はフワッとしています。
大好きなスタイルの鰻ですね。美味しいです。
山椒も振ってもいい感じ。
ご飯自体にはタレをかけられていないので、
タレ好きは卓上のタレをかけてもいい感じ。
鰻にかかったタレで十分な気もしますが。
鰻も5切れでも、かなりの満足感がありますね。
これで1匹弱っていうのは、
鰻自体だいぶ立派で大きいんでしょうね。
大変おいしかったです。
