息子から生活が苦しいので金貸してくれとのTEL(´Д`) ウチの兄妹揃って金にだらしない(つд｀) んで滝呂の息子ん家行ったついでに一緒にメシ喰う事に。土岐川沿いの「うな千」さんに。
駐車場は20台分くらいですかね。停め難くは無いですが、高級車ばかりで気を使います。開店時間前に到着しましたが既に５組待ち。流石繁盛してますな。趣のある入り口に不釣り合いなepark発券機ｗｗ とりあえず1順目に入れました。もう既に換気扇からは芳しい香りがｗｗ
通されたのは奥の座敷です。最近は何処も畳敷きにテーブルとイスになっちゃいましたねぇ。足の悪い方には良いんでしょうが、風情が失われて行きますな。オーダーは二人とも「特上丼(7切)＠4800」の大盛り（+￥150）に。 他の方のオーダー聞いてますと上丼が一番出てる様ですな。 すぐに満席に人気ですねぇ。
オーダーを聞いてから焼き上げると謳ってるだけあって、結構待たされました。30分近く経って着丼。

香ばしいですぞ(´∇｀) まずは山椒をちょい振りので頂きます。カリッと外側が硬めの焼き上げ、中の身はふっくら絶妙な焼き加減です。タレは最小限で、卓上のタレでお好みにします。甘さ控え目であっさりとしたお味です。こりゃいくらでも食べれちゃいそう(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) 肉厚でぶりんとした身がお好きな方には合わないかも。皮目もしっかり焼いてあって、ビールが欲しくなります(´△｀) 硬めに炊かれた米飯とのバランスも良いね。 お吸い物は控え目な味。小さい千切りキャベツサラダも付いて来ます。これは少しでも罪悪感を減少させる為のものか？ 香の物は浅漬け。さっぱりとします。 デザートは珈琲ゼリー。
ご馳走様でした。上丼が陶器の丼なのに、特上丼がプラの器なのは釈然としないなー まぁうな重もプラでしょーけど。好みに合わせてタレを必要量使えるのもいいね。息子も喜んでた。昔っからうなぎのタレと白飯与えとけば大人しい子だったからなー（笑）
