多治見市にあるのぶ味さんに夜訪問しました。
食事も可能な居酒屋さんで何度も通っている大好きなお店です。いつも賑わっている人気店で２０分ほど待って入店できました。
◾️雰囲気
ザ町の定食屋さんの味がある雰囲気でテーブル、座敷、カウンター席があり、中は広いです。
◾️料理
一品から定食メニューがたくさんありますが、1番お気に入りのみそおでん定食を注文しました。
味噌おでんは大根、豆腐、卵、豚肉の4点盛りです。見た目は味が濃いように見えますが、濃厚な味噌味にもかかわらず、後あじはスッキリします。特にほろほろに煮込まれた豚肉と味噌の組み合わせはめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、ご飯がすすみます。
多治見市で味噌おでんを食べるならイチオシのお店です。
