主人とお出掛けの帰り道、評価の良い〝はせ川〟に寄ってみました。
高級寿司屋を感じさせる店内。すごいなぁ。
広いテーブル席に案内されたが、途中に部屋がいくつかあるようだ。
高級料亭で官僚らが接待を受けているかのような雰囲気。
奥ではスーツを着こなした常連客らしきおじ様達が大声で高笑いしてる。。やっぱ官僚か？
部屋には私達だけで、なんとも落ち着かない。ガラス戸から外の園庭が見える。
お寿司は上寿司だっかな？並かな？なにか単品でもお寿司を追加した気がする。
味はというとイメージですが、いわゆる「白身がプリプリ、イカが甘～い」とか、そうゆう感じではなく、キリリとして身だしなみの整った真面目な寿司。シャリの口当たりでそう感じたかも。
お店の空気感をさらに上質なものにしている。この店だから、このお寿司 という感じです。
カウンターで食べたらまた違った感想になるんだろうね。
