病院での定期検診の後、お昼ご飯は何処に行こうかと嫁さんと相談し、和食に決定。
なかなかこの辺りにはお手頃な和食はないので、ここに決定、前もって情報は仕入れているので季節物にする事に。カンパチという事でブリ、ハマチ系という事はわかるけど、どの辺なのか?イマイチ解らない(ごめんなさい)。私が頼んだカンパチと鯖のゴマだれが美味しく、嫁さんとが食べたカンパチ丼の醤油は結構甘口の九州醤油かな?
今度スーパーでカンパチ見たら買おうかとと思ったけどお店で食べるの違うのかな?多分違う!外食での食べ方を勉強して家で生かしたいな!

It's been a while since I went to Marsa Fisheries. Now it seems like it's time for bonito. Aikata had the bonito mashed rice bowl, and I had the salt-seared bonito set meal. I eat the bonito with salt and garlic. It's delicious. I don't have much rice, so be careful about how much you allocate. The bonito isn't mushy, it's refreshing! The size of the miso soup is the same as usual. Thank you for the meal.
