休日の19時30分前にお邪魔しました。
予約していきましたが、カウンターが2席しか空いていなかったので予約は必須でしょうね。
入店すると、焼肉屋っぽくない雰囲気。
焼肉屋といえば焼肉屋なんでしょうけど、なんか落ち着かない、小洒落た造り。

気になったのは、オーダーを受けてくれるスタッフ皆さんが不慣れなのか、あとから何度も聞き直しに来たり、ハンディに入力するのが時間がかかったりしていましたね。
頼んでないものも提供されるし。
それが一人なら新人さん頑張れとも思いますが、対応してくれた方みんなですから（笑）
さて、最初に出てきたタン元切り落とし。
これがとても厚切りなのに柔らかく、程よい脂加減で絶品！もともと頼む予定がなかったのですが、サービスで若干安くなっていたので頼んだんですが大当たり。
次回からは必食です。
厚切りタンは厚切りという名前なのに、先に来たタン元よりも大分薄いので色々残念。
いや、普通よりは厚いんですけどね…
最初に感動させたらダメです（笑）
霜降りカルビは霜降りらしく脂が凄すぎて胃もたれしてキツイです。
若い人ならいいでしょうけど。
その他、どれも美味しくいただくことができて満足でした。
久しぶりに本店もいきたくなりましたね。
