On my way to pick up Bento (boxed lunch) from Shichirin, I found a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) shop that was doing takeaway. They had just opened up, so I got a menu and ordered a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) bowl Bento (boxed lunch), and they replied that it would take about 15 minutes. When I returned after collecting Shichirin's Bento (boxed lunch), they were cooking it. Seeing the owner carefully grilling it, I was sure it would be delicious. I hurried home, opened the lid, and couldn't help but exclaim in delight. The meat was of unmistakable quality, cooked with binchotan charcoal, and was fragrant! Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) yakitori, meatballs, and negima all had great sauce, and were delicious, and the portions were quite generous, at 550 yen (tax included). I can't believe I could eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) bowl in Nakatsugawa that rivals the famous restaurants in Tokyo, so I recommend it with confidence! I wish I'd found Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Shichirin in normal times, and there are some great restaurants around Nakatsugawa Station. It was really dark at the end of the tunnel, so maybe it would be nice to just buy Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and have it at home. I really want to eat and drink at a restaurant without any worries, but I sincerely hope that the world returns to that state soon.

I had previously used it for takeaway and it was delicious, so I went there takeaway, wanting to eat freshly grilled chicken from the restaurant. I ordered a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) bowl for 650 yen, plus a skewer Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) for 150 yen. A large serving of rice is free, so I ordered that and the bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. The thigh, tataki, and negi-ma were all carefully grilled and delicious! I ordered a large serving because I wanted to eat more rice, but I finished it in no time. This Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) goes well with beer and sake. They mainly serve rice bowls during the day, but in the evening they also have a variety of chicken-based dishes, so it makes you want to go for a drink.
