The purpose of this restaurant is to offer a variety of soba noodles so that customers can enjoy comparing them. Soba noodles have many different expressions. We purchase more than 16 varieties of sob
...a noodles a year, mainly from Takayama-grown buckwheat, and grind the flour using two types of stone mills, a manual mill and an electric mill, to bring out the unique characteristics of each soba. We prepare four types of soba noodles every day, each with a different expression. We accept orders starting from half the amount of the regular serving. You can enjoy two types of noodles in one serving. Please enjoy combining various soba noodles.
