昔々の冬にある方から「高山のサカナという居酒屋旨いぞ！」って言われて寄って、対応も味も盛り付けも悪くて嫌な思いをしたので遠のいていました。
しかし、今回は連れが雨だしホテルの近くの居酒屋がイイ。
と言われて再チャレンジしてみるか！となり期待せずに電話で席を確保して寄りました。
以前は正面の引き戸から入ってカウンターに座ったのですが、今回はそこが閉まっていて横から入店するように貼り紙で指示されました。
入店するとヤッパリ༼;´༎ຶ ༎ຶ༽安価な居酒屋の雰囲気、テーブルやそこかしこの設えも・・・。
来店なさっている方も多くは若者・・・・
やな予感がこの段階で的中したのを確信しました。
まあ、入店したのだから少し頼んで見ることにしました。

こちらは高山の名物、それも古川屋さんのなので安定の味
甘い味付けがされたお揚げです。
薬味は生姜と茗荷とねぎ
◎『肉串揚げ3種』
豚肉、飛騨牛、鶏だそうです。
一番美味しかったのが鶏ってのが微妙
◎『赤いウインナー』
これはどこでも有れば注文する大好物！
普通に美味しかった！
◎『魚介類串揚げ3種』
いか、えび、モウカザメ
◎『漬物のステーキ』
高山名物
ここでギブアップ！
違うお店に行くことにしました。

連れも「早う出よ！」
ご馳走様でした(-人-)
衝撃の事実が退店して入口の系列店の表示がありそこに、この店名が「酒菜 (しゆさい)」で、以前から勧めてもらっていた「サカナ」とは違うことと、系列店で「肴」と書くお店が在ることが判明！
勧めてくれたのはきっと「肴」さんだったのでしょう！
