十割そば旨し、素朴さも残しつつも、のどごしもまずまず、つゆもキリッと辛めで大根おろしもいい、そば湯はとろっと旨し。そばの量もちょうどいい。時間がなく天ぷらを付けれなく残念。次回に期待。

高山旅行2日目に来店、限定の十割そばをざるそばで頂いた。そば本来の味を楽しみつつ、わさびを擦って、最後にそばおしるこをサービスで頂いた。本物のそばを堪能。
