Because we buy whole cows, we are able to provide you with the ability to eat all the Hida beef you can eat. This is a proud plate of 33 different cuts of Hida beef, from the classic rib ribs to the rare Chateaubriand. Each luxurious piece is carefully arranged under a tag with the part name written on it. Recommended for a slightly luxurious day such as an anniversary. Also popular is the ``Hida Beef Offal Hot Pot,'' which is made with Hida beef offal and is perfect for the warm season.
