Enjoy the highest quality Hida beef at our store, which is directly managed by Tengu Sohonten, a long-established butcher shop founded in 1928. The thickly cut Steak is of course A5 rank. It has a stunning appearance with finely detailed and beautiful marbling. Another appeal is that you can grill it to your own preference. With minimal seasoning and a simple cooking method, you can enjoy the original flavor of Hida beef and the exquisite texture that melts in your mouth.

“Hida beef grilled” is a dish where you can enjoy “Hida beef” sliced into just the right thickness with a special sauce. The original ponzu sauce-based sauce brings out the subtle sweetness of the Hida beef. The taste is addictive and makes you want more rice. Enjoy the yakiniku to your heart's content with the flavor of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) overflowing in your mouth. “Hida beef grilled” can be enjoyed with fillet as well as ribs, thighs, and loin.
