The restaurant is popular for its meals made with seasonal ingredients and Hida flavors, including Hida beef and sweetfish. Hida Beef Dishes include the specialty Hida beef grilled on magnolia leaves
...with miso, as well as Sukiyaki and Yakiniku (Grilled meat), all reasonably priced. In addition to Hida beef, a la carte dishes and course meals made with seasonal ingredients such as Hida tiger pufferfish, sweetfish and matsutake mushrooms are also popular. A variety of local sake from the Hida region is also available. Please use the restaurant for group meals and banquets, as well as meals on the way to and from skiing or golfing during trips to Hida Takayama or Gero Onsen.
