春を感じるお料理にしようと怒涛のメニューを見ていたら「春らしいイイ鯵」のPOPが目に入ってしまい真鯵お造り定食とホタルイカの漬けを注文。

こんなにフワッふわのほっけ食べたことない

真ほっけ丸焼き定食(900円)頂きました。
丸焼きが珍しく、食感もフワッふわなのも初めてで美味しかった。
貴重なスルメイカで作られた塩辛も濃いめ群馬県に珍しく優しい味付けで隠し味にレモンとはちみつが入っているそう。
