このお店、みょーに味があるので、変だなーと思ってよくみたら、入り口横にプレートが。
勝山社の蚕糸保存用の土蔵を改装したお店だそうです。
世界遺産指定になってないだけで、こうやって少しずつ歴史的遺構はなくなっていくんだろうなぁ、と思う一方で、そうして破壊し続けないと進歩もしないしなぁとも思う。
そんなことおもいながら、宴会へ。
そんなに高い普請ではないけど、なかもなかなかよい雰囲気。

料理はまあ、普通の居酒屋さん。
富岡製糸場の世界遺産登録で活気づく群馬に在って、こうしてひっそり役目を終えて、居酒屋として新しい役目を与えられた蔵にも、心のなかで乾杯。
