Ramen Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near Shikishima Park. It's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but you can enjoy Ramen that is more than the level of a specialty store. On this day, I used it for lunch on the way to shopping. I arrived a little after 11:00 on a holiday, and I seemed to be the first customer of the day, probably due to the bad weather. The inside of the restaurant has private room seats on the left side, table seats and small raised seats on the right, and it has a Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) atmosphere of the city. The BGM is J-POP (wired?) "Anpanman" was playing on the TV installed at the table, so there may be many people with children for lunch. I sat down at a table and ordered the restaurant's eponymous "Hibiki Ramen" (¥825 including tax). "Hibiki Ramen" is a cloudy pork bone soup topped with Hakata noodles (straight thin noodles), toppings such as char siu (pork shoulder loin), mushrooms, menma, chopped onions, and a single sheet of seaweed with the restaurant's name printed on it, making it look like an orthodox Hakata Ramen. However, as the menu says that it originated from Kurume, the soup is thicker and has a stronger smell than the general Hakata Ramen, so you may like it or hate it (although I like it). ）。 The thin noodles with a crisp texture are entwined with a thick soup and are delicious. The soup is a little thick in both umami and saltiness. The texture of the mushroom is also good. If you eat about half of it and then add red ginger, the taste will be refreshing and you can enjoy the taste change. I want beer or rice, but I have to put up with it on the way to buy. I drank all the soup and it was a feast. Satisfaction. It's rich, but the salted plum is good, so you can drink it up to the soup. However, it is also true that it is thick enough to make you want rice. Recently, a set menu with a small bowl (¥1,210 tax included) has also started, so I would like to try the set menu next time.
