その味の虜となり県外から食べに訪れるファンも多い。 背脂たっぷりの濃厚な味は一度食べるとやみつきに！ 広々と明るい店内には、相当な活気！時間帯によっては満席状態の超人気店です！ しょうゆととんこつの基本を大切にしながら、天然素材を時間を惜しまず仕上げた「本物スープ」。 ドンブリをもってスープをゴクン。長時間かけて出来るそのままの味を是非ご賞味下さい！ |
以前行ったのは多分2002年12月
当時は18：00ー24：00の夜営業のみ
2時間かけて行って、1時間並んで食べた気がする
とにかく真っ白な濃いとんこつラーメンだった印象
もちろん美味い！！
当時は「うちの従業員は愛想ありません 味が全てです」の張り紙が印象的でした！！
さて21年ぶりに行きましたが、相変わらずの盛況ですね‼️ でも今回は30分待ちで入れました。
だるまラーメンと もつ煮込み 替え玉
21年前ですので、当時とはちょっと変わった感じですが、さすが群馬を代表すり豚骨ラーメン 濃いけどクリーミーで上品ですね。
この上品な豚骨にバリカタの細麺が最高です☆
もつも余計なもの入れてない モツだけの煮込み ニンニクが効いて美味しい
