火曜日の昼時12時40分に単身伺いました。
ホテル付属の「ココパーク」に車を停めて「ホテルココ・グラン」の１階にある中華店内へ。
高級ソファ５席のカウンターに案内されます。
注文は「冷やし担々麺セット (1,650円・税込＋サービス料 150円)」です。
これは昨日に続き、読売の情報誌「ライフ」の「冷やし麺特集」に紹介されていたメニューです。
セット内容は「スープ・小皿・小籠包・冷やし担々麺」の４品です。
スープは「卵スープ」、小皿は「キャベツ塩昆布」で、特段の感慨はありません。
「小籠包」は４個です。黒酢を使ったタレ以外に酢と醤油も用意されています。刻み生姜を乗せて頂きます。口の中がやけどするくらいの熱いスープが出てくると思いきや、そこまでの高温ではありませんでした。鶏がらを使った旨味のあるスープが生姜と相まってなかなか深みのある美味しい小籠包でした。
メインの「冷やし担々麵」ですが、ひき肉が結構な量、タワー状になっていて見ため高まります。
白髪ねぎとともにひき肉を混ぜ混ぜして頂きます。
胡麻とナッツの香ばしい風味と辛さがクセになる旨さで、あっという間に完食です。
ちょっとした高級感を感じながらのホテル中華ランチ、美味しかったですが、最近の中華ランチは美味しくてしかも安価なお店が増えているのでどの程度の競争力があるかは微妙なところだと思います。
駐車料金は１時間無料券がもらえたので無料になりました。
