昔は宇都宮にもあった陳麻家。
大通りの寿限無のところにあって
閉店後、西原にあるタンタン本舗
にもあった陳麻家。
偶然に二店舗とも坦々麺が売りの
お店となっています。
まず、看板メニューの陳麻飯。
これは作り置きなんですぐ出てきます。
麻婆豆腐なんですけど、
色々な香辛料が入っており、
普通の麻婆豆腐とはちょっと違います。
この味は全国同じ味ですね。
花椒をたっぷりかけて食べると美味しい
です。
期待していた坦々麺。
人によってはインスタントラーメン
とか言われますが、私は大好きです。
スープを飲んでみると、ちょっと
旨味が足りません。肉味噌を溶かして
肉味噌から旨味を出しましたが、
ちょっと物足りません。
いわゆるグルタミン酸がちょっと
弱いんでしょうか？
また宇都宮に再出店して欲しいです。
