We also offer sashimi made with fresh seafood procured from Toyosu Market, as well as hearty cross-section sashimi of tuna if you make a reservation at least one day in advance. In addition, we offer a wide variety of carefully selected menu items, including Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) grilled over charcoal and marinated in the secret sauce we've been using since our founding, as well as fried, Simmered dish, and steamed dishes.
