地名を屋号に持つこちらでは、上州赤城鶏や
下仁田ポークの一品料理に舌鼓を打った
群馬フードもちゃんと愉しめる大衆居酒屋
高崎で夕飯がてらに一杯
出張仕事を終えて仲間達と4人で
繁華街としては栄えていない東口にある
リーズナブルそうな大衆居酒屋へ
訪問してみるとかなりの客の入り
直前だったが電話予約しておいてよかった
テーブルに案内されて乾杯の一杯は、

メニュー最上段で“高崎酒場名物”と主張する
＜煮込み・190円＞はもらっておこう
よく煮込まれてやわらかく、出汁も沁みてる
テーブルの黒七味を降って香ばしさを足す
黒七味が用意されてる酒場ってなかなかない
メニューで注目は“群馬フード”カテゴリー
ジモピーも多い店だが、我々出張の輩には
自然と惹かれてしまうメニューだ
＜下仁田ポークの生姜焼き・880円＞
これメチャ旨みが凄かった
あっという間に皿から生姜焼きが消えた
＜上州赤城鶏の一夜干し焼き・800円＞
下仁田ポークまでの味のインパクトは
なかったけれど、皮はパリッと食感、
中の肉も味に深みのある一品だった
そして〆にも群馬フードから
＜太田焼きそば・580円＞をもらう
キャベツ、モヤシ、豚肉が具の焼きそばは、
麺が太めでソースに甘みがあった
“太田焼きそば”の定義って何だろう

＜蒸しキャベツとコンビーフ・500円＞
＜かしわ天・699円＞
＜ニラ玉・480円＞

“群馬フード”以外にもメニューは豊富で
仲間が注文したものをつまめば味もいい
自分は食べなかったが、おススメっぽい

食べた仲間は、これをメチャ絶賛してた
この店は24時まで営ってる様だが
高崎の酒場は客の引きも早い模様
さて、我々も明日の仕事に向けて
そろそろホテルに帰って寝よう
