●JR高崎駅西口に設置されている温度計が31℃を表示してしました。
●今日の夜は、群馬県高崎市檜物町にある『酔月亭』さんへ初訪問をしました。
●お店に入り、右側にカウンター席と左側にテーブル席があり、テーブル席へ案内されました。
●訪問時には先客はいませんでした。その後、2人が来店しました。
●着座すると、おしぼりとお通し(冷奴)を出されたので、冷酒(相模灘)を注文しました。
●注文時に女性店員から写真撮影の許可を頂きました。
●店内はBGMが流れていて落ち着いた感じのお店でした。
●料理は、限定という文字に弱いので本日限定のおすすめ｢活け〆 平目ポン酢｣を注文しました。
●続いて、｢冷酒(壱乃越州)｣と｢ごぼうのから揚げ｣を注文しました。
●冷酒(相模灘)は、辛口の日本酒でした。
●活〆平目ポン酢は、新鮮な平目の刺身でポン酢と相性が良くて美味しかったです。
●ごぼうのから揚げは、カリカリして食感が良く、日本酒と相性も良くて美味しかったです。
●冷酒(壱乃越州)も辛口の日本酒でした。
●今までに飲んだ事の無い日本酒があり、料理も美味しいので気に入りました。
●次回の訪問時には、おすすめ料理の｢上州牛サーロイン炙り焼き｣を食べてみたいと思いました。ご馳走様でした。
