火曜日の夜に、高崎市にあります【しゃぶしゃぶ金光】さんを伺わせていただきました。
前橋にあります【料亭 金光】さんがLABI1にテナント出店されたお店になります。
【料亭 金光】さんは利用した事があり、とても落ち着いた雰囲気と美味しいしゃぶしゃぶのお店なので、どんなお店なのかワクワクしながら行ってみました。
LABI1の中なので、前橋のお店と違いカジュアルな雰囲気で気軽に立ち寄れるお店ですねー♪
この日は一人でしたので、手前のテーブル席に案内していただきました。
早速メニューより
●上州盛 （赤城牛上ロース・赤城牛上肩ロース）
●はるさめ
を注文させていただきました。
お隣でも一人しゃぶしゃぶされている方がいらして、たまには自分のスピードでしゃぶしゃぶするのも良いですね♪
はるさめが大好きなので、追加しちゃいました(*´∀｀*)
プルプルっと透き通ってキレイなはるさめもとっても美味♪
お肉も柔らかくしっとりしていて美味しかったですよー！！
お野菜と柔らかなお肉をいただいた後は、お出汁で雑炊を作って頂けましたよ♪
店内は明るくオープンな感じでお子様連れでも気軽に立ち寄れる感じで利用しやすいかと思いました。
