This is my first visit to a stylish Ramen shop located at 289 Yakiniku (Grilled meat)-cho, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) City, Gunma Prefecture. Koto is a affiliated store with the same "Kou" name! I was looking for the rich chicken paitan Ramen, but it seemed like it was a limited edition item, so it wasn't available ✖️ Too bad ⤵︎ It had been changed to ``Dandan noodles only available on weekdays''! I visited on a Tuesday around 11:00am, and my agent and I were there. I entered the store in pole position as soon as it opened! It was my first time asking for the ticketing robot at the entrance, so special Chinese soba 1,450 yen + mini Pork bowl 250 yen Simple Chinese soba 950 yen for agent delivery Isn't there tandan noodles available only on weekdays? ∑(ﾟДﾟ) LOL I was seated at the corner of the L-shaped counter! You can get a good view of the inside of the store with this~ ♬ lol You can choose the flavor of your Chinese soba from salt, white soy sauce, or black soy sauce, and the staff recommended it ~ I chose black with the scent of dried sardines! The store became lively as more and more customers entered the store! It is served in less than 10 minutes with careful operation. The visual is a delicious-looking Chinese soba with a beautiful dark three-color chashu ♪ Wow, it's so thick, but it's low in salt, and it's a delicious soup with a strong flavor of dried sardines ♬ Thin, hard-boiled noodles, yet thick! I guess it's a trend these days - the noodles have a sweet taste.♬ Not only is this wonderful, but the quality of the char siu, which comes in three colors, is incredible! Rare char siu style The meatiness is suppressed, and the contrast between the texture of the lean meat and the fat is exquisite ♬ Kinka ham char siu style The flavor of hanging grilling and the well-finished texture are amazing ♬ Smoked duck char siu style The smoky flavor is not just char siu. The soup is also accented ♬ The menma is soft, the seasoned egg is rare, the secret ingredient is finely chopped green onions and other savory vegetables, and the rose seaweed is perfect and very satisfying ♬ The reasonable mini Pork bowl is , just a little less! The surface of the Kinka ham-style hanging pork chops is shredded, and the strong texture and sweet sauce make it perfect for small fish! Discover tips on how to eat!
