麺スープ具材など全てが変わっていた
味が変わりバランスが崩れ、正直好みではなくなってしまった

麺は極細で啜りの感触が強いもの

歯応えがありますね。
麺は全粒粉？の細麺。
手打ち麺で食べてみたいですね。
【最初に結論】
好みに合えば積極的に選ぶラーメン屋。
以前と味が変わった醤油ラーメンは誰もが美味しく感じるおすすめの一杯。
塩好きは塩でも間違い無し。
煮干しはやや強めで苦手な人は他の味を。

上品な店内で、上品な口当たりの塩ラーメンをいただきました。マイルドな塩の風味と具材の味がバランス良く、最後まで気持ち良く食べられました。
ただ、後になって今一つ細かく思い出せないのはどうしてなのだろ...
煮干しのラーメンを頂きました。スープは甘みが少し強かったですが比較的美味しかったです。麺は全粒粉入り、角刃切りの細麺でスープものります。1口目は好印象だが、すぐにだれました。問題なのはトッピングですね...
