【麺研究】大島屋ラーメン(並盛・150g)810円
●2017年8月5日(土)晴 13:12訪問 13:42着繕。
●2017年209杯目(8月5杯目)の麺研究です。
●車外に搭載されている温度計が34℃を表示していました。
●今日の昼は、ラウンドワン前橋店で10ゲーム投げた後に群馬県高崎市緑町に2017年6月13日(火)オープンした『がってん食堂大島屋 高崎緑町店』さんへ初訪問をしました。
●訪問時に先客が数人いましたが待たないでカウンター席へ案内されました。その後、多数が来店して満席状態になりました。
●店員は、男性3人と女性4人で切り盛りをしていました。
●新しい建物で店内が明るくて良い雰囲気でした。
●お刺身系のランチメニューも食べたかったのですが、今回は、【大島屋ラーメン(並盛・150g)810円】を注文しました。
●注文時に女性店員から写真撮影の許可を頂きました。
●注文は、タブレット端末から注文し、そのタブレット端末が伝票代わりで会計の時にレジに出します。
●30分後に発注した｢大島屋ラーメン｣が着丼しました。
●先ずは、スープと麺の味見儀式をしてから残りの麺を食べました。
●大島屋ラーメンには、チャーシュー、半茹で玉子、ナルト、菜、のり、刻みネギがトッピングされていました。
●スープは、あっさりした醤油スープでした。
●麺は、柔らかめの中細縮れ麺でした。
●健康に注意して、スープを少し残しました。
●オープンしたばかりで着丼までに少し時間がかかりましたが、お刺身系のランチを食べに、また、訪問したいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

●Saturday, January 30, 2021 Visited at 11:30 and served at 11:43. ●The thermometer installed outside the car was reading 7℃. ●This afternoon, I visited "Gatten Cafeterias Takasaki Midoricho Branch" located at 4-8-6 Midoricho, Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. ●We will be eating and drinking inside the restaurant after the state of emergency was lifted on May 14, 2020 (Thursday), but for safety reasons, we will be wearing masks except when eating or drinking. ●When I entered the store, I disinfected my hands and was guided to a table on the right side. ●At the time of my visit, there were 6 customers before me, and 8 people came after that. ●This time, when I was about to try Sushi and udon set, I ordered the [luxury 3-color bowl (medium size) 1,815 yen] recommended by a female clerk for today, and asked the female clerk for permission to take a photo. Ta. ●I order from a tablet, which I am not good at, so I called a female clerk and had her place my order on a tablet. ●As I waited at the table while drinking tea, the "Luxurious 3-Colored Rice Bowl" I ordered was served 13 minutes later. ●The Luxury 3-Colored Rice Bowl is a set that includes 3-colored rice bowl, miso soup, and pickles. ●The 3-color rice bowl had green onions, salmon roe, sea urchin, gari, shiso, kanpyo, and egg rolls arranged brightly on top of vinegared rice. ●First, I took a sip of miso soup and then had a tricolor bowl.
