●2023年7月12日(水) 晴 12:05訪問 12:32着膳。
●今日の昼は、群馬県高崎市栄町12-8 田村店舗 1F（高崎駅東口）にある『雨云』さんへ訪問をしました。
●緊急事態宣言が2021年10月1日(金)に解除され、2022年12月22日(木)に5回目の新型コロナワクチン接種を受けて、2023年3月13日(月)からマスク着用が個人判断となりましたが安全に配慮して、飲食時以外はマスクを着用していました。
●訪問時に先客が多数いましたが待たないで左側にあるテーブル席へ案内されました。
●今回は、お勧めのあじフライ定食が売り切れのため【大海老フライとあじのミックスフライ定食1,400円】を注文して女性店員に写真撮影の許可を頂きました。
●テーブル席でお冷やを飲みながら待っていると27分後に発注した「大海老フライとあじのミックスフライ定食」が着膳しました。
●大海老フライとあじのミックスフライ定食は、ミックスフライ＋ご飯＋味噌汁＋野菜サラダ＋漬物＋惣菜がセットでした。
●ミックスフライは、お皿の上にあじフライ、海老フライ、茄子フライ、刻み玉ねぎと山葵が鮮やかに盛り付けてありました。
●海老フライにタルタルソースとあじフライに刻み玉ねぎと醤油、茄子に塩をかけて食べたら美味しかったです。
●野菜サラダは、ドレッシングとの相性が良くて美味しかったです。
●お腹が一杯になりました。
●支払いでSuicaが使用できたので大変便利だと感じました。
●美味しいあじフライのランチを味う事ができるので、又、訪問したいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

●2020年2月27日(木)晴 12:03訪問 12:11着膳。
●JR高崎駅東口にある温度計が8℃を表示していました。
●今日の昼は、群馬県高崎市栄町(高崎駅東口)にある『雨云』さんへ訪問をしました。
●お店に入り、手前にテーブル席と正面奥にカウンター席があり、カウンター席へ案内されました。
●訪問時に先客が5人いて、その後、9人が来店しました。
●店員は、男性2人で切り盛りをしていました。
●今回は、【本気のアジフライ定食1,000円】を注文して、店員に写真撮影の許可を頂きました。
●カウンター席は、大きな円形をしたカウンター席で中央が厨房になっていて調理をしているところが見えます。
●カウンター席で待っていると8分後に発注した「本気のアジフライ」が着膳しました。
●本気のアジフライは、アジフライ、味噌汁、ご飯、野菜サラダ、漬物、惣菜、大根おろし、ドリンク(アイスコーヒー)がセットでした。
●フライは、アジフライ3尾と蓮根のフライが盛り付けてありました。
●先ずは、味噌汁を一口飲んでから、アジフライを山葵大根に付けて食べました。
●2尾目のアジフライは、タルタルソースを付けて食べました。
●3尾目のアジフライは、ソースを付けて食べました。
●蓮根のフライもソースを付けて食べたら美味しかったです。
●質の良い油で揚げてあるのでカラッと揚げられていて、思っていたよりもあっさりしたフライで美味しかったです。
●アイスコーヒーは、最初にブラックでコーヒーの味を楽しみ、少し飲んでからミルクとガムシロップを入れて2種類の味を楽しみまた。
●店内の雰囲気が良くて料理が美味しかったので、また、訪問したいた思います。ご馳走さまでした。

【居酒屋研究】群馬県高崎市栄町にオープンした創作料理の居酒屋さん
●2018年10月10日(水)晴 19:18訪問。
●今日の夜は、群馬県高崎市栄町(高崎駅東口)に2018年10月7日(日)オープンした『雨云』さんへ初訪問をしました。
●お店に入り、手前にテーブル席、その先に大きな円形のカウンター席と奥に個室があり、カウンター席へ案内されました。
●訪問時に先客が5人いて、その後、8人が来店しました。
●先ずは、1日限定30杯の｢サントリーマスターズドリーム(生ビール)｣を注文しました。
●注文時に女性店員から写真撮影の許可を頂きました。
●サントリーマスターズドリーム(生ビール)は、苦みがまろやかで美味しかったです。
●料理は、店員に確認したおすすめの｢本気のアジフライ｣を注文しました。
●本気のアジフライは、新鮮で柔らかくて刺身のような美味しい鯵のフライでした。
●本気のアジフライのソースは、普通のソースではなくタルタルソースとミートソースでイタリアンのような感じがして美味しかったです。
●生ビールが飲み終わったので冷酒(香田・京都府・1合)を注文しました。
●冷酒を注文時に女性店員にお願いしてボトルの写真撮影をさせて頂きました。
●香田は、甘くて口当たりが良くて美味しい日本酒でした。
●お酒がすすみ、料理が無くなったので｢15種の野菜サラダ｣を追加注文しました。
●15種の野菜サラダは、シャキシャキした新鮮の野菜サラダで美味しかったです。
●続いて、｢冷酒(一ノ蔵・宮城県・1合)｣を注文しました。
●一ノ蔵は、キレの良い美味しい日本酒で美味しかったです。
●料理が美味しくて、飲み物が美味しくて、店員の対応が良くて、雰囲気が良かったので気に入りました。
●お会計をした後に女性店員からペットボトルのミネラルウォーター(甲斐のやさしい未遂)を頂き、見送りをされました。
●落ち着いて飲めるお店なので、また、訪問したいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

●Visited on Thursday, May 2, 2024, sunny, visited at 12:03, arrived at 12:11. ●The thermometer installed at the east exit of JR Takasaki Station showed 19°C. ●For lunch today, I visited "Amegumo" located on the 1st floor of Tamura restaurant 12-8 Sakaemachi, Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture (East Exit of Takasaki Station). ●The state of emergency was lifted on Friday, October 1, 2021, and wearing a mask became a personal decision from Monday, March 13, 2023. I received my sixth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Saturday, December 23, 2023, but I wore a mask except when eating and drinking out of safety concerns. ●I entered the store and was guided to a counter seat at the back of the store. ●There were four customers there when I visited, and two more came after. ●This time, I ordered the "Honki no Aji Fry Set Meal (Regular Size, Two Half Aji Pieces) 1,530 yen" and asked the staff for permission to take a photo. ●The fried horse mackerel is fried right in front of the customer. ●I waited at the counter seat, drinking cold water, and 8 minutes later, the "Serious Fried Horse Mackerel Set Meal" I ordered arrived. ●Today's fried horse mackerel set meal was a set of fried horse mackerel + rice + miso soup + vegetable salad + kinpira + pickles. ●The fried horse mackerel was served on a plate with salt, fried eggplant, fried horse mackerel, and grated daikon radish. ●The first fried horse mackerel was delicious with sauce and tartar sauce. ●The second fried horse mackerel was delicious with grated daikon radish, wasabi and soy sauce. ●The fried eggplant was delicious with salt. ●The vegetable salad was delicious with the fresh lettuce and dressing that went well together. ●The miso soup was delicious, made with red miso with tofu and green onions. ●I thought it was very convenient that I could use Suica for payment. ●I would like to visit again because I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch.
