今日は目当てのお店に豚骨ラーメンを食べに行ったら
臨時休業だったので仕方なく、二郎系のこちらへお昼を食べに行って来ました
入ると左手に券売機です
少し前までラーメン小が900円だったのにまた値上がっていて920円
ここは迷いもなくらーめん小をポチっと
野菜少なめ、ニンニクその他は普通で注文しました
カウンターの前にはカエシが用意されていました
二郎系はやはり人気なんです、後客から店内行列です
10分ぐらいでラーメンの提供です
野菜を小で注文しましたがけっこうあります
背脂の塊がもやしの上に鎮座してて濃厚そうです
二郎系らしいスープ、濃厚で美味しいです
忍法つばめ返し・・・じゃなくて
天地返しで戦闘準備Ok～～
わぉ～硬い～～！！見事なまでのワシワシ麵
普通に麺を飲みこもうすれば喉に詰まりそうです
ここはしっかり噛んでいただきます
肉肉しいチャーシューです
カエシを追加して入れて食べたことなかったので
途中でカエシを投入してみました
若干味が変化しました
店内に食べ方の説明もありましたが
背脂ともやしを一緒に食べた方がGoodでした
ご馳走様でした
野菜少なめで注文しましたが見た目以上に
もやしの量が多かったです
