高崎での会議後、ランチでは初訪問です。
夜は来たことがあったのですが、ランチもやっているとの事、外の看板でTKM（卵かけ麺）ならぬ、
TKR（卵かけ麺）を発見し、入店。
店内は半分位、席は埋まってますが、それ程混んで無く、
奥のテーブル席に案内です。
メニューは既に外の看板で決めていたので、TKR白飯付を注文、同僚は肉豆腐定食を注文。
しかし、それ程混んではいないのですが、提供までに30分、ちょっとかかり過ぎですね。
TKRは埼玉県熊谷市で有名なTKMを想像してましたが、
普通のまぜそばか、汁無し麺と言った感じでしょうか？
まずは卵を混ぜないで、数本を啜るとピリ辛。
卵を混ぜて頂くと、辛味がマイルドになります。
元々のTKMを食べた事があると、ハードルが上がってしまいますが、別物ですね。
美味しのは美味しいのですが、提供に時間がかかり過ぎな点が気になります。
ランチタイムだと、時間が気になってしょうがないですね。
夜営業はテキパキされてるので、改善頂けるとありがたいです。
