街のウナギ屋さん。注文から25分くらいで出てきた。重箱は正方形に近い。厚めで柔らかい仕上がり。たれは確かに甘め。サラダが付いているのはちょっと違和感。特上で2900円はいい。

うなぎの蒸し加減よく、タレ、ご飯とマッチして美味しかったです。次はうな鳥重食べたいです。
ふっくら感、香ばしさがあまりなく臭みを感じました。
