Our stewed offal is more expensive than other restaurants. This is because we use pork offal (domestic), garlic (from Aomori Prefecture), ginger (from Kochi Prefecture), and miso (from Nagano Prefectu
...re), and we do not use any preservatives or colorings. We do not add konjac or vegetables to increase the volume like other restaurants. Also, we sell out after about 30 servings a day.
