前日、フラリと訪れたら、貸切で入れず。
今日、3月30日。リトライしました。フリーで行ったら、法事の予約が入っていたらしく、忙しそうでした。済みませんww
次は、ちゃんと予約入れます。
さて、１階には鮮魚を扱う「大水」さんが入っています。４月１日まで？！改装中だそうです。
今回は、ランチメニューの中から、
てんぷら御膳定食を頂きました。
一緒に行ってくれた友人は、三色丼定食を頂きました。
まず、茶碗蒸しとサラダが出てきました。無類の茶碗蒸し好きの私は、すかさず茶碗蒸しに手をつけました。
出汁の味が確りしていて、美味。とろりとしているというよりは、確りとしたプリッとしたあんでした。バランスが良かったです。
サラダにはクルトンが乗っていて、確りとしたドレッシングの味がアクセントとなっていて一瞬にして食べてしまいました。
さて、メインディッシュ。てんぷら御膳定食。お刺身も付いています。
てんぷら・・・久々にサクっと素敵な口当たりのてんぷらに出会いました。エビ天、キス天、しらこ天、全て新鮮で甘かった・・・
野菜のてんぷらも凄くサックリ。これは～～、又食べに来たいなあ~~~って思いました。
三色丼は、友人が食べていましたが、「白魚、うに、金目鯛」が乗っていました。友人の大好物の３種だったらしく、一言も話すことも無く、黙々と食べて、一瞬にして消えていきました・・・つまり、美味なのでしょう!!!
白魚を頂きましたが、本当、新鮮です。
ランチのデザートは、手作りの抹茶ババロアに自家製の餡子が添えられていましたが、これが絶妙なバランスです。ほんのり甘いババロアにやや塩気の効いた餡子。昔、岩手に住んでいた時にだんごやさんで修行をしていた私ですが・・・餡子の味、イイです。
少し伊勢崎の街中からは離れていますが、味が確りとしていて、和食好きな私にはかなり納得でした。
今度は、昼懐石をいただきたいなあ～っと、ちょっと思っています。
平日の日替わりレディースセットもかなり気になります。
気になった方、訪れてみてはどうでしょう。予約や満席の状態を聞いて来店した方がいいと思います。
法事があった場合も、ここはお勧めですね。
