Furthermore, through trial and error, we source bonito flakes from Kyoto to create the dashi stock that best suits our soba noodles. Our winter-only Curry Udon made with this basic stock is also popular! The vegetables and rice used in Tempura and other dishes are freshly sourced from local farmers. Everyone from children to the elderly can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. Tatami seating and private rooms for up to 12 people are also available.
