こんにちは。
先日法事で故郷桐生に行く際、久々に
県道 桐生-伊勢崎線を通ると、いつの間にか
新しいらーめん屋さんができていることに
気付きました。
(自分がボーっとしていて気づかなかっただけ？)。
しかも佐野ラーメンと味噌ラーメンをメインに
しているようで。
検索機能で評判を確認、食べログには
マイレビ様の師匠が既に行かれています(さすが！)。
それではと早速 伺いました。
開店11時のところ、数分前の到着。
広い駐車場には すでに2台の車が止まっています。
カウンター席に案内され、オーダーは予め決めていた
・佐野らーめん(836円)
・餃子3個(308円)
いずれも税込
すぐに佐野らーめんが到着。
スープはなんでしょうか？
何かが強く自己主張する味ではないのですが、
優しくまろやかな味わいです。
麺は(佐野らーめんに詳しくない自分からすると)
やや厚く、ちぢれが少ないように感じましたが、
啜るとスープが絡まります(^ ^)。
すぐに餃子も到着。
焼き加減は自分好み。
餡は野菜主体で、割とニンニクが効いいます。
ニンニクの効いた餃子、やはりおいしいですね(^ ^)。
(休日は気にすることなく食べられるのでいいですね！)。
優しい味わいのスープも完飲してしまいました(^ ^)。
この日もおいしい昼食、ごちそうさまでした。
