Food Carefully selected long-aged cured Prosciutto and homemade ham sausage
A whole hind leg of Gunma Mugibuta, a brand-name pig from Gunma Prefecture, is made into an authentic Prosciutto with a mellow aged aroma. The carefully selected pork is carefully prepared by hand and quietly waits for 12 months until it is ready to eat. We slice the logs of long-aged aged ham "Hamon Minakami" on the spot! Homemade ham sausages use the minimum amount of additives.
SpaceA relaxing moment spent in nature
Located between the mountains and the river, please come out to the terrace on nice days! (From the end of April to around October) A location rich in nature with lush greenery in the summer and white silver in the winter. Access is 10 minutes by car from Minakami Interchange, and it takes about 2 hours from Tokyo!

Masuda Wagyu beef from Minogo, Gunma Prefecture is a delicious Wagyu beef that only those in the know know. Masuda Wagyu beef is the only one in Gunma prefecture that does not use antibiotics or growth agents! We use only female Wagyu beef and finish it with steamed barley. It's a rare brand and is often sold wholesale to Restaurants in Tokyo, so it's rarely available, so it's a must-try for Steak lovers!
Enjoy thick katsudon, freshly grilled roast pork, and authentic ham sausage in a space where you can feel the four seasons of Minakami.
